We are grateful to our staff who, during this post-pandemic period, managed to maintain high spirits and provide significant support to the vulnerable clientele we accommodate. The staff of each service knew how to adapt and offer services tailored to the clients’ needs.
The human relations team is transforming and restructuring to provide better support in this area. Resources are now shared. Teleworking and access to new means of communication facilitate HR meetings at both the provincial and national levels. This ensures greater uniformity in practices.
